In a conversation with Deadline Hollywood, Ranbir stated that they will start shooting the sequel to ‘Animal’ (Animal Park) by 2027, as director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is currently busy with another film. Kapoor added that Sandeep’s vision for ‘Animal’ was exactly what he executed and that he plans to extend the story over three parts. He confirmed that the second installment is titled ‘Animal Park’ and revealed that discussions about the sequel began on the sets of the first film itself.

While discussing his role in Animal Park, Ranbir shared, “It’s very exciting because now I get to play two characters, the antagonist and the protagonist.” Elaborating further, the actor explained that the antagonist undergoes plastic surgery in the first part, transforming to resemble the protagonist. This intriguing twist sets the stage for the second installment.
